Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons, sales events, or event travel weeks, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other regional carriers when appropriate.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Shipping Accuracy
We carefully package every order to ensure accuracy and protection during transit.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Photograph the exterior of the box before opening.

Photograph the contents immediately after opening.

Email us within 5 days of delivery at

Carrier damage must be documented promptly so we can file a claim.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If tracking shows delayed movement:

Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.

Contact the carrier directly for location updates.
If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
Weather & Seasonal Considerations
Our mineral products are manufactured and shipped from Wisconsin. Severe weather conditions may impact carrier transit times during winter months.
We cannot guarantee carrier performance during extreme weather events.
