Refund policy

No Returns on Consumable Products

Due to the nature of our products, all mineral, carriers, and feed products are final sale and are not eligible for return once shipped.

Because these items are consumable and intended for livestock use, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering error, taste preference, or herd response.


Order Issues & Defects

We stand behind what we produce.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Incorrect due to an error on our end

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at
CustomerSupport@sweetmedicinefarm.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

We may request that damaged product be discarded rather than returned.


Shipping Damage

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the box before opening

  • Photograph contents immediately after opening

Carrier damage must be documented promptly in order for us to file a claim.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened mineral products

  • Feed or consumable items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post funds
